SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 5:00pm AEST and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.
Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our team.
In the event of a large online promotion or new collection release, please be aware our team can get quite backed up due to an influx of orders in a short amount of time.
We do not accept any liability for orders that are not delivered within the expected timeframe due to the fault of any party but Gsus Co. Please ensure you leave plenty of time for processing, dispatch and delivery of your order.

* Shipping times will vary dependent on your delivery location, it takes less time to delivery to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post. Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.

TAXES & DUTIES
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
MISSING ITEMS
Unfortunately from time to time, deliveries can go missing. If your parcel has been deemed as lost by the shipper/courier, it means you will have to get in touch with the courier and your claim will need to be addressed to your courier. Gsus Co are not liable for uninsured lost or damaged items. If you need assistance with this, please contact our customer service team via email contact@gsusco.com.au

Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods can I use?
We offer different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and American Express.
Gift cards and Afterpay not available.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper left of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We can certainly make changes such as your size or address, however once an order has been processed we can no longer do this.
If a mistake has been made with your order, please let our Customer Service team know as soon as possible on contact@gsusco.com.au so that we can make these changes to your order.
If we cannot fulfil your change request, we recommend creating a new order with the correct information and we can issue a refund on your original order.
How To Return My Items?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@gsusco.com.au. Make sure you include your order number, the reason for the return, and specify the refund or exchange request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
