How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 5:00pm AEST and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.

Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our team.

In the event of a large online promotion or new collection release, please be aware our team can get quite backed up due to an influx of orders in a short amount of time.

We do not accept any liability for orders that are not delivered within the expected timeframe due to the fault of any party but Gsus Co. Please ensure you leave plenty of time for processing, dispatch and delivery of your order.

 * Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones  these times do not include order processing time.

* Shipping times will vary dependent on your delivery location, it takes less time to delivery to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.

*Depending on demand, it may take up to 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders outside of Australia are sent via DHL Express Post. Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

 

MISSING ITEMS

Unfortunately from time to time, deliveries can go missing. If your parcel has been deemed as lost by the shipper/courier, it means you will have to get in touch with the courier and your claim will need to be addressed to your courier.  Gsus Co are not liable for uninsured lost or damaged items. If you need assistance with this, please contact our customer service team via email contact@gsusco.com.au

Do you ship internationally?

We certainly do! We ship all around America, Europe and many other countries. We try our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible but any international postage costs extra unfortunately. Please note that any clearance fees and custom duty/tax will need to be paid by the customer.

How To Return My Items?

Here at Gsus Co customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@gsusco.com.au. Make sure you include your order number, the reason for the return, and specify the refund or exchange request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items. This includes Mystery Boxes. All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We cannot process refunds or partial refunds for items that are purchased at full price prior to the event of a sale, should that item later go on sale.

 

Exchanges


Only FULL PRICED items can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Returned products are only eligible for an exchange if the product is in stock. In the event a product is not in stock,  a refund will be issued.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Damages or Faulty Items

We recommend you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please contact us at contact@gsusco.com.au and include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, Gsus Co will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.

 

Sales or Promotional Stock

 

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. Both items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Gsus Co accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
